Home isn’t necessarily about where you or your family is from, or where you’ve spent the most of your time.  Home is somewhere you feel safe, happy and in control. Home can be somewhere you live for a short period of time or somewhere you live your whole life. Home should be somewhere you flourish and a place of sanctuary.  We understand not everybody who comes to us is immediately looking for somewhere to call home, rather somewhere they can get themselves straightened up and face the challenges in front of them. We hope during their time with us, they see how important a home can be to their continued wellbeing.

We recognise that our tenants often come from negative home environments, and therefore establishing a positive home in their mind can take time and assistance.

We provide supported housing solutions to our tenants.  We don’t have a ‘one size fits all approach’ because every single one of our tenants has unique and often complex needs. We will work closely with any new tenant from the day we know they will be joining us to ensure they have everything they need to be able to make themselves a stable and safe home environment.  We will be on hand on their first day to make sure they know everything about their new property. We will check in with them more regularly during the first couple of weeks whilst they establish new routines, get to know their neighbours and settle in.
