My name is Daniel. I came to Angels Of The Church from prison after been in and out of prison, and with it being supported housing I felt it would be better for me knowing I have people there to support me.

My support worker sat down me and worked out a plan for me to improve my life style and to work on the reason why I am here. There were many reasons that I was in and out of prison and ending up using drugs.
Not once did my support worked give up on me. Every time, he was there for me to pick up the pieces and start again
I worked with Mick and my support worker to set out goals for me to achieve, we would meet regularly to aim towards my goals, then would make the silly mistake mixing with the wrong people and going back to drugs. Three times this happened and every time my support worker would sit me down and start again, not once did he give up on me, every time he was there for me to pick up the pieces and start again.
With the help of my support worker I have turned my life around for the better, I am now completely off drugs and looking after myself, keeping my flat clean and tidy eating regularly.
With the help of the support I had from AOTCHA I have a place of my own, and have now started my own small business, repairing mobile phones and selling them. I am looking forward to the future and hope one day to have my own market stall or shop.
With the help of my support worker I have turned my life around for the better
I can say without their help I would not be where I am now today, I still keep in touch with them to let them know how I am doing and just to have a chat with them as well.
