We understand some of our tenants will be joining us straight from prison, or currently on probation and / or having to observe license agreements. We will work diligently with all agencies involved in a person’s release and rehabilitation to ensure all rulings and restrictions are observed. We will not put our tenants in harm’s way or in situations that encourages them to re-offend.
We want to help ensure our tenants don’t reoffend for the purposes of returning to prison to avoid homelessness or the stresses of living independently on your own.
We understand the important of providing stable accommodation to any ex-offending tenants. By living in stable accommodation tenants are afforded the chance to gain new skills, create new behaviours and build their self-confidence.
