Our Support service is there to put tenants in control of their own rehabilitation and independence, with the ultimate goal of Moving On and commencing a happy and independent life in a permanent home. From the very first day, we work together on a support plan that meets the tenant’s often complex needs, giving them ultimate control over their choices and learning whilst steering them in the right direction. The plan is reviewed and updated regularly with their support worker and new actions put in place as the tenant grows and develops, giving our tenants a sense of achievement, self-confidence and purpose.
