If you would like to refer somebody to Angels of the Church Housing Association, please ensure that you have read the following eligibility and exclusion criteria before submitting the referral form.
Eligibility criteria

| Primary client group: | — Male or female — Aged between 21 and 60 — Suffering from drug/alcohol misuse — In need of supported housing |
| Secondary client group: | — Male or female — Aged between 21 and 60 — Homeless — In need of supported housing |
| Accommodation type: | — Self-contained flats — Rooms in a shared house |
| Criteria for supported housing: | — Aged between 21 and 60 — Have a substance misuse problem — Homeless or formerly homeless — Eligible to claim housing benefit — Needs short-term supported housing |
| Capacity: | — 23 bed-spaced |
| Referrals: | — Self-referral — Social services — Housing department — Churches — Probation service — Other agencies |
Exclusion criteria
| Persons excluded from service: | — Have convictions for arson with intent to endanger life — Show persistent violent behaviour — Have convictions for violent sexual offences — Are on the Sex Offenders Register (SOREG) — Are subject to Risk to Children Prevention Act (R2chpa) — Require intervention of Mental Health Team — Are on long-term prescription of anti-psychotic medicine — Are likely to endanger the welfare of staff or other occupants — Have serious convictions for racially motivated offences |
